Suicide is preventable. You are correct. Not to downplay it because I take suicide very very seriously. I have lost 6 family members who have committed that ultimate act. I have faced down suicide myself.

Suicide is a responsibility of society. Society is not ready to stop the deaths. Mention a suicide on TV and eyes glaze over. I love your promotions. But we need to tackle society who is not depressed or suicidal. We need to have society take the reigns and let them know that someone elses life did matter. Look at society today? They have a family member commit the act and you would be surprised about how many people have zero answers.

My answer is? Rebuild society so they care.

I am suffering from severe PTSD and been having suicide thoughts and atrempts lately. I feel like I can’t take it anymore. This illness has taken over my life and causing me to relive some horrible moments in my life. I was raped and molested and geld captive for many yrs. Now that I’m finally trying to live a normal life I can’t even close my eyes without seeing what I went through clear as day. It’s driving me crazy and I don’t know what else I could possibly do. I’m really better off dead!

i have thoughts but I am scared to tell my parents. I saw a therapist for my attitude i had on life but never for thinking about suicide. I’m handicap so I can’t really kill myself but just asking for it and hoping it to come. I am scared that my therapist will tell my parents and ill either be like an outcast of the family for thinking of suicide or sent to a hospital like some people at my schools have. What do I do?
